Is it possible that you already have another Tomcat running on port
8080, for example the CAS tomcat?

Otherwise how did you build Yanel? Did you run

build.bat quick-start

?

As mentioned I think it would be best that you subscribe to the Yanel
mailing lists for Yanel related questions, because I guess folks on this
mailing list are not really interested in Yanel related questions.
