You would need a CAS server to provide the SSO feature...
You can download the latest version from http://downloads.jasig.org/cas/
and deploy the cas webapp in a server
Then you need casify your other applications (Services)

If you are new to CAS the good starting point would to learn and understand
it....
http://jasig.github.io/cas/4.0.0/index.html

This link also gives a good high level flow diagram to start with
http://www.jusfortechies.com/java/cas/architecture.php

For me it took 2 months ....and still implementing .....

Good luck..
