I actually had to apply the directive to src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/view/jsp/protocol/2.0/casServiceValidationSuccess.jsp rather than top.jsp, but that appears to have fixed the issue we were seeing with the ACASUserFolder plugin, at least in our test environment.
