If I remember correctly the login ID is put in the session.  If it isn't by default you can do so in the servlet filter after authentication.

How to retrieve userid from html application

Hi

I have a plain html application running under apache. I have protected
the directory where the application resides using CAS, but now, i would
like to be able to retrieve userid used to login from the html page. As
html is static, I guess I would need to have some server-side scripting
to retrieve that information? What's the easiest way?

Best regards

Jean-Noel Colin
