Sylvia, Are any of these properties files new that can be contributed towards further internationalizing the CAS server?

Now, it worked, with having the .properties file converted with native2ascii and the pageEncoding tags on the jsp page. I was testing it on a Windows machine and had only changed the server.xmlto include URIEncoding="UTD-8" as an attribute in the Connector tag yesterday. It seems that merely starting and stopping the service is not enough in order to load the updated server.xml..
