Can you go details in both answers?

As for the loop: I use the Soulwing client configured exactly as described
on http://soulwing.org/jira-cas.jsp. I figured out, that this loop error
only exists when I use HTTPS on the CAS side. If I do not use HTTPS, the
following happens:

If I use HTTPS on JIRA's side, the CAS server redirects me after successful
login to HTTP, not HTTPS.
If I use HTTP on JIRA's side, everything goes as expected.

As for the service management tool, if I do not use HTTPS, everything works
correctly and as expected.
If I use HTTPS, I'm still getting those not authorized errors.

I'm getting a little confused about it for now.

Any ideas about this? Thanks in advance.
