I can't go into any details because I'm not at your location.  However, if
you're being redirect by CAS back to an HTTP url, then that's what you're
providing to CAS.  CAS doesn't change any of the URLs.

If you're not getting errors in the Services Management tool under HTTP but
you are with HTTPS services then you've probably configured the application
to only be authorized under HTTP.

You need to look at the URLs you are configuring.
