mod_auth_cas does not yet support Single Log Out. It is on our mental
roadmap, but we haven't completely figured out Apache's "Buckets &
Brigades" yet, necessary to intercept, parse, and pass the Single Log
Out message.

If anyone has any experience in this area, please let us know!
