[casper] an issue of the ethernet port of Roach

Hi:

I have to turn on and turn off Roach ethernet port before it works. The 
commands I used:

ifdown eth0
ifup eth0

Or it could not work. I try to insert these two commands into init script. But 
it is not successful.

Any idea?
