Hi. Does anyone know how the capacity for logic and arithmetic on the virtex-5 chips on the roach board compare with the bee2 virtex-ii pros?
I'm looking for some information on this for some future designs. I also was wondering how some of the virtex-4 chips compare. I have a chart from xilinx with raw numbers of multipliers, clb's,slices, etc, but it's not clear how that maps to say, # of channels of FFT/PFB, xaui/10gbe channels, etc. Has anyone done a comparison by building a design on different chips?
