I finally found the problem. In the system.xmp file the line:
LinkOpt: #IF# strcmp(get(b,'type'),'xps_lwip') #LinkOpt: -llwip4
should be:
LFlags: #IF# strcmp(get(b,'type'),'xps_lwip') #LFlags: -llwip4

I have updated the SVN.
