OK.  But it makes me nervous that the SVN doesn't have the whole thing you
need to reproduce the system.  Not that I want to, but still...

No.  Still have permission problems.  I think I will have our system
administrator reinstall windows on the machine and start again.  It's not
just the files that are copied in from the base system, it also can't read
the files that bee_xps generates itself!  They all come out with no
permissions for anybody.
