[casper] Recipe for BEE2 10Gbe block?

Hi all-
 
Can anyone point me to the magic for making the 10gbe yellow block
compile correctly for the BEE2?
I'm using BEE2:usr2 port for the 10gbe.  I've done this before, and
remember there's some trick about editing the system.ucf file
mid-compile, but my old notes don't seem to be working successfully on
the new design.  I'm working under the casper/eecs environment loaded
by:    mlib_devel_7_1\Matlab7sp2.bat, if that matters.
