Do you expect the packet enabled PFB and FFT to alleviate the synchronization
challenges? If so, can you please elaborate on that. It sounds great, but
it runs counter to my intuition.
It should really be easy, just wait until all packets have arrived, then
start processing. No great performance loss there. You get the "packet
arrived" signal from the XAUI.
Sychronize only when sampling and possibly when driving the actuators,
have enough processing power in between.
We have done this in the last ten or fifteen years with great results.
