Hey Laura.
I screwed up the build with a check-in I made a week or so ago (now
fixed). This is probably what caused your compile error. Synthesis
failed; ngc file was not created; copy failed. If this was the case you
would have seen a synthesis error earlier on.

The file that it's trying to copy is not in the
XPS_ROACH_base\implementation folder.
