Have you already developed an I2C driver for the ROACH board?
I've added the iic master controller I wrote for our katadc to the
casper svn at:
http://casper.berkeley.edu/svn/trunk/mlib_devel_10_1/xps_lib/pcores/kat_iic_controller_v1_00_a/
It is a very simple interface, designed to handle high latency
(tcpborphserver).

Currently it is in no way integrated into the toolflow.
