Hi Nevada,

It looks like you have the "ADC Clock Rate" setting in the yellow
block at 400MHz. It may seem counterintuitive, but could you try
bumping up the setting in the yellow block to 600MHz or above?

I've encountered a slew of issues lately where cores with clocking
elements in them need some tweaking in the transition from IBOB to
ROACH, because the Virtex5 DCMs have a much higher minimum operating
frequency than the Virtex-II Pro ones did. This looks like it might
be the same problem.
