Hi Nevada, It looks like you have the "ADC Clock Rate" setting in the yellow block at 400MHz. It may seem counterintuitive, but could you try bumping up the setting in the yellow block to 600MHz or above?
I've encountered a slew of issues lately where cores with clocking elements in them need some tweaking in the transition from IBOB to ROACH, because the Virtex5 DCMs have a much higher minimum operating frequency than the Virtex-II Pro ones did. I've been trying to get the ADC module to work on the ROACH but I keep running into timing constraint errors. I've attached the 'system.twr' file with the error. I was following instructions on the iBOB adc tutorial and even stripped the design down to simply placing the ADC output (concatenated) into a software register, but I haven't had any luck.
