[casper] Override with doubles disabled in 10.1

I just noticed the following note in the System Generator 10.1  
documentation...

Note: The "Override with Doubles" features as been disabled until  
further notice.

This used to enabled (and used to work as far as I know) in 7,1.   
Does anyone know why they disabled this feature?  Does anyone know  
whether this feature has been re-enabled in version 11 or 12?
