The Xilinx 10.1 ISE, EDK and DSP path are already a part of my system variables (see snapshot below) in my environmental variables. However, the MLIB And BEE2 path are only part of my user variables simply because I do not have privileges to add system variables. I wonder if this is an issue. Should everything be part of system variables ? I have never had problem generating bit files for designs with no casper/xps/gavrt blocks.
