I assume you mean the .bof NOT running on the roach matches the original. :-)
The only thing I can suggest is checking the output of dmesg and/or retrying with BORPH debug messages enabled. On the BEE2, this was done by "echo 1 > /proc/borph/debug", but the ROACHes we have here don't seem to have "/proc/borph" at all.
