Hi all. If your new ROACH boards have been exhibiting strange and random power-up behaviour you should be able to solve the problem. The Actel Fusion device is most probably not receiving an adequately long power-on reset pulse. Changing capacitor C33 from 0.01uF to 0.22uF (or 0.1uF) increases the pulse width and makes the part behave as it should.
