Steve and I are trying to get the SETI spectrometer ready to go to
Goldstone. We put it in its (hopefully) final configuration but are not
getting meaningful data now. I imagine that it has something to do with
this self-test output.

I got the same behavior (constant values after the corner turner) before
and after power cycling everything (even the computer). Does anyone
have any suggestions about where to go from here?
