Hello,

We're starting to look into systems with multiple F-engines now, and we were
wondering how the pulse-per-second sync pulse is sent out to the F-engines.
Does the globally-async, locally-sync architecture imply that you don't care
about the F-engines all getting their PPS at the exact same time? If so,
doesn't FFTing slightly shifted windows of the timestream cause some signal
processing badness?
