hi nestor, i recommend attending the casper workshop in october, where you can do the tutorials, learn how to build spectrometers, correlators and other instruments using roach boards, learn about what designs are available for radio astronomy imaging, spectroscopy, vlbi, pulsar studies, etc, and meet others building instruments. if you can't attend the workshop, some of the prior workshops are available with video recordings, and you can run the tutorials, but it's easiest to learn things when you have experts nearby to help you. best wishes, dan On 08/22/2011 05:08 PM, Nestor Waldyd wrote:
