Hi Joe, Linux, unequivocally so in my opinion. There are lots of reasons why, but I would say the most important is the fact that nearly every other CASPER development group uses linux, and you would have a much easier time getting help with tool flow funny business and would be able to leverage other ancillary (debugging, command/control, data streaming) software much more easily.
