Hi Srikanth, You can find it in the xps_library at: http://www-astro.physics.ox.ac.uk/~FosterG/casper/oxford_devel.git which is the Oxford repo (and includes relatively recent pulls from all the public mlib_devel branches at various institutions. I'll try and get the block included in the github release of the casper libraries (and write the documentation for the wiki). In the meanwhile - feel free to email me any questions you have about the block.
