In case someone else runs into this... I just had this issue that after 'loading' all the blocksets into Simulink and selecting them in the browser, it only showed 'No Blocks'. I'm not sure of the cause, but it turns out I simply needed to change the permissions on /tmp/LibraryBrowser to a+rwx.
