My current design is using both of the GPIO ports as output, but an external 
input (one pulse per second) is required. How could I provide this pulse per 
second input to the ROACH? The current plan is to use one of the aux_clk SMA 
inputs, however, Simulink seems to only allow the aux_clks to be referenced 
from XSG core config. Does this seem like a possible endeavor, or are there 
more accessible input ports?
