[casper] 14bit spectrometer?

Hello CASPERites,

          I'm going to be trying to get the wideband spectrometer tutorial
running with the 14bit adc yellow block. I'm sort of thinking of just
plugging it in and seeing how that goes.... Are there any obvious issues
that I should be aware of right off the bat, other than increasing the
input bitwidth of the pfb-fft block?
