Hi Katty, Did you copy all the pcores over?
Does the /opt/Xilinx/12.1/ISE_DS/EDK/hw/XilinxProcessorIPLi/pcores/ directory contain "opb_arbiter_v1_02_e"? Reread my previous email and copy ALL the pcores.
