Hi Jason, I removed all the "sim_wrapper" stuff in the dram_mask file but get the same error. I do not have the "Simulate DRAM using ModelSim checked in the dram block.

If you're not trying to simulate it, you could just delete it (look under the DRAM mask and remove all "sim_wrapper" stuff) and recompile. Otherwise, you should try'n fix the broken link.
