As the error says, the name is too long. The whole path to all sub-blocks has to be less than 64 chars.
Shorten the name a little. When I compile this, it's named r_spec_1ghz_16k_iadc_r109 and works fine. Recall that I converted it to a R2009b compatible version for you, so I appended the "_r2009b" to the filename, but now it's too long. Just make it a bit shorter.
