Hi Katty What repo are you using? The latest ska-sa library changes were made with new versions of Simulink (Matlab 2012b) and the library will not be properly generated with older versions of Simulink (definitely not with Matlab R2008b but probably also others).
All of the "Warning: .... was not expected here..." lines make me think this but I may be wrong. Please check your casper library for the block with name sync_delay_en in the Delays section of your library, the scripts say that they cannot locate it. If your library is missing blocks then you may have this problem. Try checking out an earlier version of the libraries, or updating to the latest Simulink version. Regards Andrew
