SOLVED!!! Hi All,
here the solution... At the first boot the video card driver may not work, try to boot in safe mode (hold left Shift key while booting), select to start in failsafe mode using a generic graphics driver, then resume the boot. You will see the Ubuntu Desktop, from the System Settings → Additional driver update and activate the ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics driver, restart.
