SOLVED!!!

Hi All,

here the solution...

At the first boot the video card driver may not work, try to boot in
safe mode (hold left Shift key while booting), select to start in
failsafe mode using a generic graphics driver, then resume the boot.
You will see the Ubuntu Desktop, from the System Settings → Additional
driver update and activate the ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics
driver, restart.

If it does not fix, or even if the list of additional driver is empty,
restart again in safe mode and from a terminal windows execute:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install fglrx
