[casper] ROACH2 Hardware failure

I recently compiled tutorial 3 for a ROACH2.  After I loaded my bof file 
the fault LED came on and now when I try to load any bof file I get the 
command line error:
"error: SelectMAP programming failed, done stuck low".  KATCP reports, 
"error 946685139917 raw write to fpga failed: Input/output error".  Has 
anyone run into this???
