[casper] IF Board - Bad Regulator- U51

My IF board stopped working. The regulator U53 at the power input connector 
(6V) was hot and had failed. 

I will replace, or just run w/ 5V supply.

Anyway, gas anyone had this problem? Seems like more heatsinking is needed.
