A BORPH supported kernel is required for you to do this.
You would not be able to execute bof files on a prompt as used to be on
ROACH1's as it is no longer supported on ROACH2's.
You have to use tcpborphserver3 which speaks katcp and uses memory mapped
kernel to interact with FPGA.
