Casper fellow-travelers,
When I run casper_xps from the matlab command prompt a lot happens that
produces a .bof file that works. I'm curious about the EDK/ISE reports,
timing in particular. The Casper XPS window with the big "Run XPS" button,
has a "View Report" button associated with a drop down menu list including
"Timing Report". I click the "View Report" button and get an error dialog
box saying the Report file does not exist, that EDK/ISE has to have run.
But obviously it did, and on my computer the EDK/ISE backend running takes
up the bulk of the time necessary to produce the .bof file. Where are
those reports?
David, come find me tomorrow and I'll show you how to view the timing
report using the timing analyzer program.

Another: How do I run the katcp commands from the root console? That is a
roach2 connected only by its USB serial port upon power up shows me the
progress of booting a linux kernel (if not set to netboot), then allows me
to log into that "unix console" as root. I can see that there are several
.bof files that have been uploaded to it in the file structure. Shouldn't
I be able to type
?progdev foo.bof
the katcp command tha works when I telnet in using
"telnet roach2IP 7147" ?
