I thought I should mention that some departmental SPAM filters delay or sidetrack messages sent to or copied to the CASPER email lists. Any email sent to me but copied to the CASPER lists is automatically put into a special folder, and I don't see it until I explore that special folder. This is probably the case for others on the CASPER email lists. If you send an email, that is copied to the CASPER lists, to somebody and don't see a reply for some time, you may want to contact that person directly to draw their attention to your messages.
