Hi all. I have had a response from AMCC saying the following parts are out of stock and obsolete: PPC440EPX-NTA533T PPC440EPX-NUA533T
These parts are available: PPC440EPX-NTA667T PPC440EPX-NUA667T All the parts above will work, but the leaded parts are preferred due to lower soldering temperature profiles. (NTA = Leaded, NUA = Lead free). The PowerPC on ROACH1 and 2 are clocked at 533 MHz, but the faster 667 MHz part works as well. If you can still find 533 MHz parts they will be cheaper. Regards Alec
