We're using Arista kit at the moment and are very happy with their switches, 
but they're a little more expensive than some other options. 

We'll be testing Mellanox, Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent 10GbE and 40GbE hardware 
over the course of the next two months. I'll let you know how that goes. 
Mellanox, in particular, have some very cost-effective solutions. If you don't 
need all the bells and whistles, you might want to have a look at their stuff.
