Hi Alec,

Thanks for checking in.

I'm not experiencing any issues - I have no Roach2 with the -2 part.
Rather I'm trying to prepare for a possible order for later this year.
One of our projects could be helped by using the -2 part
and its 6.6 Gbps serial IO lines (versus the measly
5.0 Gbps on the default -1 part).

So, I thought I'd ask if someone out there knew of some subtle strangeness
with the -2 part. That's all.

Matt
PS.
As I'm sure you experts out there are wondering...
yes if his project ends up using the 6.6 Gbps lines then
it will prompt the development of a new Mezzanine card.

Hi CASPER,

Does anyone out there have any lab or field measurements to share of
strange behavior, or not, with a Roach2 rev2 populated with a
faster -2 parts ( XC6VSX475T-2FFG1759C ) ?

If so I'd like to hear of your experiences.

Thanks,
Matt Dexter
