What errors are you getting?

Which version of mlib_devel did you use to compile your bof file?

Do you have a snapshot attached to the ADC output that properly converts
offset binary to signed two's?

Jack Hickish has some great code that aligns the data window using IODELAYS
instead of the MMCM. I'm sure he'd be happy to provide you with that.
