Hello all, 1.) We're trying to build a narrowband spectrometer on Roach I. The idea is to sample a band of ~ 4 MHz at 48 MHz (as QuADC's minimum sampling is ~ 24 MHz). The band will be centered around 37 MHz. Now, downsampling the digitized signal at the output of the ADC yellow block by 6 will give us an equivalent signal of an 8 MHz bw. If I give this input to the FFT, at what rate will the fft module clock ? Is there a way to make the FFT synchronous with the input sample arrival rate ? i.e. 4 MHz ?
2.) Also, Is there any work around to have multiple clock islands using MSSGE tool-flow ? Thank you Mugundhan, Junior Research Fellow, Indian Institute of Astrophysics India
