Dear all, Curtin Institute of Radio Astronomy / International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) are advertising a second research engineer position in radio astronomy instrumentation development. This position has a focus on signal processing for low frequency radio astronomy.
ICRAR and CIRA play key roles in the development, construction and operation of new radio astronomical facilities, in particular the SKA precursor Murchison Widefield Array (MWA) radio telescope, as well as playing major parts in Australia’s contribution to the Square Kilometre Array (SKA). CIRA, comprising more than fifty staff and PhD students, is at the forefront of low frequency radio astronomy research as the manager and operator of the MWA.
