Can I use casperfpga talk to SNAP? I got some errors when I was trying to
connect to SNAP.
fpga = casperfpga.CasperFpga('snap')
WARNING:casperfpga.transport_tapcp:Tftp error on read -- retrying.

WARNING:casperfpga.transport_katcp: snap: no ._stream instance found.
