Dear CASPERites, The process for applying for partial need-based travel support to attend CASPER2019 and PIRE Summer School at Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian is now announced and on the Workshop website.

However to keep the process fair and uniform, please could you reapply, completing the application following the process on the above page. Those applying on or before 24 June will receive consideration ranked on need and merit, and irrespective of application date. Those applying after will be considered in order of application depending on funds available at that time. We will acknowledge applications, so let us know if you don’t receive such acknowledgment. As a heads up we plan posting block hotel recommendations and rates in the next couple of days. Thanks for your interest, and look forward to hearing from interested folks.
