Hi Jason, The tutorials for the Red Pitaya use katcp on Zynq. The SNAP has the option of a casperfpga compliant (but not katcp) microblaze interface, based on tftp. I suspect katcp on a microblaze might be overdoing it, but I've only ever considered very small OS-less microblaze instantiations.
