Hi Greg

Most of the switches offer more than 16 ports because the underlying ASICs are 
pretty much all 32, 64 or 128 port devices. But Mellanox do have a cheaper 16 
port version (which actually uses the same 32 port ASIC, but only wires-up 16 
of them) in the SN2100, for example.
