Hi Adam,

It was a software version problem. I installed the Matlab 2018a version and
now it works.
Summary:

   - Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS, Xilinx 2018.1 and Matlab 2019a it does not work.
   - Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS, Xilinx 2018.1 and Matlab 2018a it  does  work.
